Intelligent Pneumatic Flotation Column for Fine Particle Mineral Separation

The ZFZ intelligent pneumatic flotation column is a microbubble, counter-current separation system built for fine and ultrafine particles. Because it has no internal mechanical agitator, it carries fewer wear components than a mechanical cell, and its automatic monitoring keeps froth depth and air rate steady shift after shift.

How it works

Conditioned pulp is fed near the top of the column.
Pneumatic aeration releases a dense microbubble swarm that rises through the pulp.
Fine particles attach to the bubbles and float to the froth zone.
Instruments hold the froth depth and aeration within set limits.
Concentrate overflows the lip while tailings discharge at the base.
