High Pressure Feed Jet Flotation Column
The ZFJS flotation column uses a high-pressure slurry feeding system combined with jet-induced air aspiration. A jet device installed on the top feed pipeline creates negative pressure as the slurry passes through at high velocity, drawing air into the slurry stream.
Intensive gas-liquid interaction disperses the aspirated air into fine bubbles and promotes flotation mineralization. The configuration also allows a relatively compact column structure with an approximate height of 3–4 m.
