The Large Capacity Flotation Cell is designed for continuous flotation operations in medium and large mineral processing plants. Multiple cells can be configured according to plant capacity and flotation process requirements.
With mechanical agitation and an independent external air supply system, the equipment is suitable for industrial flotation of non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals.

XCF II & KYF II Configuration
XCF II and KYF II pneumatic mechanical flotation cells can be combined according to process requirements.
XCF II provides slurry suction capability and can be used where feed or intermediate slurry suction is required.
KYF II operates without slurry suction and can be arranged in subsequent cells.
When used together, XCF II and KYF II cells can be installed at the same level, simplifying the flotation circuit arrangement.
