The XCF II Pneumatic Flotation Machine is a forced-air mechanical agitation flotation machine with slurry suction capability, designed for mineral processing applications.
Unlike the KYF II flotation machine, XCF II has slurry suction capability, making it suitable for positions in a flotation circuit where slurry suction and transfer are required.
When XCF II and KYF II flotation machines are used together, the XCF II machine can be configured as the first cell of each flotation stage, while KYF II machines are installed in the following cells. This configuration allows the flotation units to be arranged at the same level and enables froth return without a froth pump.

Working Principle
The XCF II flotation machine combines mechanical agitation and external forced-air supply.
During operation, the impeller agitates the slurry while externally supplied air is introduced into the flotation cell. Air is dispersed into the slurry, providing conditions for mineral particles to interact with air bubbles and form mineralized froth.
XCF II has slurry suction capability. This characteristic allows the machine to be used in positions where slurry suction is required and distinguishes it from the KYF II flotation machine, which does not have slurry suction capability.
