Adjustable Gold Ore Flotation Machine For Multi Stage Gold Beneficiation Processing

The Gold Ore Flotation Machine provides a configurable flotation solution for gold ore beneficiation processes where froth flotation is applicable. The flotation cells can be arranged according to the required beneficiation stages, processing conditions and plant flowsheet, supporting continuous flotation operations in mineral processing plants.

Gold ore flotation may involve multiple separation stages depending on the beneficiation process. The flotation equipment can be configured for:

• Roughing - Initial flotation separation of valuable minerals from the feed

XCF II and KYF II pneumatic mechanical flotation cells can be combined according to process requirements. XCF II provides slurry suction capability, while KYF II operates without slurry suction. This allows the two cell types to be arranged according to their required positions in the flotation circuit.
